Plan & Strategic Manager

Develop and manage corporate strategic plans, including annual business plans, KPIs, project prioritization, and business performance monitoring

Lead new product development and existing product evaluation for poultry, ruminant, and aquaculture segments based on market and customer needs

Manage market intelligence and market mapping activities through customer, competitor, industry trend, regulatory, and business opportunity analysis

Utilize and enhance the PRIMA (Performance, Respiratory, Intestinal, Management & Assessment) system to monitor customer performance, disease trends, and identify product development opportunities

Generate data-driven strategic recommendations to support customer performance improvement, product innovation, and business growth

Oversee corporate branding and communication initiatives, including website, social media, company profile, product catalogs, and promotional materials

Manage the end-to-end product development pipeline, from market needs identification through product launch

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Feed Technology, Veterinary Medicine, Agribusiness, Management, Marketing, or related fields

Minimum 5 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Product Development, Market Intelligence, Business Development, Corporate Branding, or other relevant managerial roles

Strong understanding of the livestock, feed additive, feedmill, poultry, ruminant, and/or aquaculture industries

Strong knowledge of business analysis, market intelligence, customer development, mapping, and product

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, business reporting, and presentation preparation

Strong leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Experience with market intelligence platforms, customer analytics, CRM systems, or PRIMA is an advantage
