Head Of HRGA & Legal

Lead the end-to-end HR function: recruitment, people development, performance & C&B

Manage General Affairs: assets, facilities, security & operational permits

Lead the Legal function: contracts, corporate licensing & legal risk mitigation

Develop company policies, SOPs & organizational structure across brands

Ensure compliance with labor law & industrial relations

Support GCG & legal readiness toward IPO

Min. Bachelor's in Law/Psychology/HR Management; Master's is a plus

Experience in the retail industry (multi-brand/multi-outlet)

Strong command of corporate HR, GA & Legal

Solid understanding of labor law & legal compliance

Min. 8–10 years' experience, 3–5 years in a leadership role

GCG / IPO-readiness experience is a strong plus
