Act as the primary HC point of contact and providing advisory support on people-related matters

Partner with leaders on day-to-day HC operations
- 3
Develop and update job descriptions, job grading/leveling, and role accountability frameworks
- 4
Support manpower planning and organization rightsizing in line with project lifecycles and business growth
- 5
Build and maintain competency frameworks and translate capability gaps into development plans
- 6
Manage the end-to-end performance management cycle, support the cascading of corporate strategy into department and individual KPIs (BSC), and coach line managers on goal-setting, calibration, and feedback
- 7
Identify and develop high-potential talent, and facilitate talent mapping and succession planning
- 8
Develop, review, and implement HC policies and Standard Operating Procedures
Kualifikasi & Keahlian
- 1
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or Business Administration
- 2
Having Professional HR certification is preferred
- 3
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Human Capital, with hands-on exposure to HR Business Partner and Organizational Development functions
- 4
Proven experience in Employee Relations & Industrial Relations
- 5
Strong understanding of organizational design, performance management, competency frameworks, and talent development
- 6
Familiar with HR policy and SOP development, manpower planning, and HC reporting
- 7
Strong analytical mindset
- 8
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- 9
Experience in Renewable Energy, Mining or EPC industry is an advantage
