Manage employee attendance and leave administration, including daily attendance data uploads and system updates

Maintain and update employee HR data and records accurately and regularly
- 3
Process HR administrative forms and ensure data is properly recorded in the attendance system
- 4
Prepare attendance and leave reports for management purposes
- 5
Coordinate driver schedules, company vehicles, and taxi arrangements
- 6
Collaborate with the General Affairs team to support daily operational and administrative needs
- 7
Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating employee engagement activities, HR events, and internal programs
Kualifikasi & Keahlian
- 1
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field
- 2
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Administration or Human Resources
- 3
Good understanding of attendance, leave administration, and employee data management
- 4
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain data accuracy
- 5
Experience in creating reports and dashboards using Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Looker Studio) is preferred
- 6
Good interpersonal & communication skill
- 7
Creative & innovative person, fluent in English both oral & written
- 8
