HR Intern (People & Culture)

Support People & Culture initiatives through data management, reporting, and administrative tasks

Create internal communication and employer branding materials, including posters and presentation decks

Assist in the execution of employee engagement programs, corporate culture initiatives, and internal campaigns

Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, adaptability, and a fast learning mindset in supporting various HR projects and business needs

Fresh graduate or final year student (Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related majors)

Strong interest in Human Resources, People & Culture, Employee Engagement, or Employer Branding

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) & Google Sheets

Proactive, self initiated, and able to work well in a team

Good organizational and time management skills

Willing to be based in Jakarta Pusat
