Bachelor’s degree (S1)

Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with a strong focus on recruitment/hiring, preferably within a fast-paced industry

Strong understanding of end-to-end HR functions particularly in recruitment, people development, and employee relations
- 4
Good analytical thinking with high attention to detail and data-driven problem-solving skills
- 5
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- 6
Highly agile and adaptable to dynamic organizational changes
