Head Of Compliance

Develop and maintain the enterprise-wide compliance program, including the governance framework, Compliance Manual, policies, and SOPs

Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including Securities Law, OJK, IDX, KPEI, KSEI, PPTAK, and other relevant regulatory requirements

Act as the main liaison with regulators and authorities, including managing regulatory communications, inquiries, examinations, and audits

Review business activities, products, services, and initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance before implementation or launch

Prepare, review, and submit mandatory regulatory reports accurately and within the required deadlines

Identify, prevent, and mitigate compliance risks, including implementing controls, conducting root cause analysis, and overseeing corrective action plans

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or other related disciplines

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory affairs within the financial services industry

Minimum 5 years in a senior or managerial compliance role within a licensed securities broker-dealer or capital markets firm

Required and preferred certifications: WPPE license as mandatory and Certified Compliance Professional (CCP) as preferable

Strong regulatory, analytical, ethical, and communication capabilities, including experience dealing with OJK, IDX, KSEI, PPTAK, ability to interpret complex regulations, high integrity, and strong English communication skills
