ESG Specialist

ESG Strategy & Reporting:

Design ESG strategies grounded in double materiality to identify real business risks and opportunities

Lead the development of sustainability disclosures aligned with POJK 51, GRI, SASB, and IFRS S1 and S2

Support clients in closing ESG data gaps to improve transparency and performance across global ratings such as MSCI, CDP, and S&P Global CSA

Emissions Accounting & Decarbonization:

Quantify corporate emissions across Scope 1, 2, and 3

Develop science based decarbonization pathways aligned with SBTi

Translate emissions data into decision making tools such as marginal abatement cost analysis

Support prioritization of climate investments including electrification, energy efficiency, and nature based solutions

Product Innovation:

Work with the technology team to translate climate methodologies into scalable digital features

Support development of emission reduction simulations and transition scenarios

Strengthen Jejakin’s internal intelligence on abatement costs and climate action pathways

Minimum 2 years experience in GHG accounting, sustainability strategy, or ESG reporting

Experience in a sustainability consulting or a corporate sustainability role is a plus

Ability to work with quantitative models and complex datasets to support decision making

Strong communication and problem solving skills

Interest in moving beyond compliance toward real climate transition

Passion to scale impact through technology driven sustainability solution
