Supervisor Product Marketing

Develop and execute product marketing strategies based on market trends, customer needs, and business objectives

Plan and manage product launch activities (Go-to-Market Strategy) from concept development until product availability in the market

Create promotional concepts and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and market penetration

Manage 360° marketing activities to create strong brand experience and customer engagement

Lead product launch preparation and coordinate project execution to achieve business targets

Analyze marketing campaign performance based on Target vs Actual results

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, or related role at Supervisor / Assistant Brand Manager level

Strong strategic thinking and target-oriented mindset

Good understanding of product launch and brand activation processes

Creative and innovative in developing marketing campaigns

Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
