Product Development Supervisor

Develop new formula for NPD project and an improvement formula for the existing product on the laboratory scale

Collaboration with the manufacture team to scale up lab formulation into production scale

Check and assess ingredients from suppliers that suitable for development of the project

Collaboration with the manufacture team in term of improvement process or commissioning new machine

Provide process technology input for new product

Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology or any related major

Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development, preferably in the food or confectionery industry

Previous experience handling confectionery products is a strong plus

Proficient in conducting product trials, shelf-life testing, and quality control

Have knowledge and skilled in halal assurance system, quality management system and food safety standards

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

Willing to work both in office and factory

Proficient in Microsoft Office
