Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including onboarding, and employee orientation
- 2
Maintain and update employee data, personnel records, and HRIS (Mekari Talenta)
- 3
Support payroll administration, attendance monitoring, leave management, overtime, and employee database maintenance
- 4
Handle employee benefits administration, including BPJS, health insurance, reimbursement, medical check-ups, and other employee welfare programs
- 5
Coordinate internal and external training programs and maintain training records
- 6
Prepare employment contracts, contract renewals, offboarding documents, and manpower reporting
- 7
Support General Affairs activities, including company events, employee facilities, vendor coordination, and office administration
- 8
Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and HR procedures
- 9
Prepare HR reports and support other HR Generalist functions as required
Kualifikasi & Keahlian
- 1
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology
- 2
Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist and General Affairs Staff
- 3
Familiar with HRIS, preferably Mekari Talenta
- 4
Good understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and HR practices
- 5
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
- 6
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- 7
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- 8
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- 9
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- 10
Willing to be located in South Jakarta
