Manage the Director's working agenda, meetings, and activity schedules
- 2
Arrange and coordinate business travel for the Director
- 3
Assist the Director in preparing presentation materials and maintaining business reports and documents as needed
- 4
Handle all incoming and outgoing administrative matters directed to the Director, including official correspondence, document filing, and other related administrative tasks
- 5
Establish and maintain effective communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders in relation to the Director's agenda and activities
- 6
Draft correspondence and handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality
- 7
Work From Office (WFO) at Rawamangun, East Jakarta
Kualifikasi & Keahlian
- 1
Minimum D3 in Health Sciences, Nursing, Secretarial Studies, Communications, or equivalent
- 2
Must have good communication skills in both written and spoken English
- 3
1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred
- 4
Prior experience with overseas travel is preferred
- 5
Familiar with travel flight or accommodation arrangements, visa processing, and business trip documentation; willing to travel when required
- 6
Strong interest in secretarial and administrative functions
- 7
Detail-oriented and meticulous in executing tasks
- 8
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- 9
Reliable, collaborative, a fast learner, thorough, proactive, and able to work independently
- 10
Able to perform well under pressure
- 11
Willing to work for a minimum of 6–12 months
