Conduct sales activities and manage distributor performance to achieve sales targets in assigned areas

Analyze market conditions and provide suitable sales approaches and business strategies

Conduct product, program, and fleet approach presentations to distributors and fleet customers
- 4
Deliver after-sales support including complaint handling, training, and technical problem solving for fleet customers
- 5
Monitor distributor stock levels, mobile service effectiveness, and BFA performance
- 6
Support fleet customers by analyzing tire issues, monitoring claim delivery progress, and improving operational efficiency through tire maintenance knowledge
Kualifikasi & Keahlian
- 1
Bachelor's degree in Management, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 2
Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in automotive or tire industry
- 3
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- 4
Able to analyze market conditions and customer needs
- 5
Good problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset
- 6
Strong sales drive, target-oriented, proactive, and creative
- 7
Proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in English (oral & written)
