Manage and control logistics documents (PR, PO, BAP, GI, GR, Transfer Posting)
- 2
Order supplies and maintain optimal inventory levels
- 3
Monitor and follow up Purchase Orders and material arrivals from vendors
- 4
Handle material Non-Conformity (NC) and coordinate resolutions with vendors
- 5
Verify orders, invoices, received items, stock, and deliveries for accuracy
- 6
Follow up and process goods replacement when required
- 7
Update material, asset, and consumable data in SAP
- 8
Process delivery orders for customer shipments
- 9
Prepare monthly warehouse reports and other administrative documents
- 10
Support QMS, EMS, and OH&S implementation
Kualifikasi & Keahlian
- 1
Bachelor's or Diploma in a relevant field
- 2
Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably with OCTG materials
- 3
Experience in inventory and manufacturing environments
- 4
Proficient in SAP (MM, purchasing, and delivery-related processes)
- 5
Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 6
Good multitasking and time-management abilities
- 7
Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset
- 8
Placement at the Head Office in Dadap, Tangerang Regency
