Formulating and executing human resources strategies and initiatives that directly support the company's long-term business goals.

Enhancing organizational capabilities by actively engaging, motivating, retaining, and developing high-quality talent.

Designing, implementing, and auditing comprehensive HR workflows, protocols, and standard operating procedures across all departments.
- 4
Cultivating a productive and collaborative workplace morale by spearheading corporate culture initiatives and team events.
- 5
Monitoring and refining the company-wide performance review frameworks to continuously inspire high productivity.
- 6
Analyzing capability gaps across teams to deploy, evaluate, and scale effective employee training programs.
- 7
Leading continuous talent management assessments to identify, map, and nurture high-potential internal candidates.
- 8
Reviewing key performance indicators regularly to guarantee that all departmental HR KPIs are met consistently.
Kualifikasi & Keahlian
- 1
Possess at least 3 years of proven track record as an HR Manager, or a minimum of 5 years of solid experience in an HR Supervisor capacity.

Strongly team-oriented with a methodical, structured, and process-driven approach to solving organizational problems.
- 3
Highly experienced in navigating Talent Acquisition/Management, Performance Management systems, Organizational Design, and employee training.
- 4
Exceptional leadership qualities with the dual ability to design high-level conceptual strategies and drive tactical execution.
- 5
Outstanding communication skills with a proven ability to partner and cooperate smoothly with stakeholders at all corporate echelons.
